ANZCER:TA RESIDUAL EXCLUSIVE AUSTRALIAN LICENCES (REALs)

The following are the official results of the allocation of the Residual Exclusive Australian Licences issued as at 29 March 1985. (Residual licence remaining after the ANZCER:TA Tender Rounds 13 and 17 and additional licence as published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette (No. 158), 7 September 1984, Part B).

Where valid applications received by 5 p.m., 31 July 1984 exceeded the total amount available per item code, the licence available was divided equally among applicants. In cases where this would have resulted in uneconomic licence amounts a ballot system was adopted.

Applications received after 31 July 1984 and after Tender Round 17 were issued on a 'first come, first served' basis on receipt of written application.

REAL amounts also include any licences surrendered by ANZCER:TA Exclusive Australian Licence holders.

Licence still left unallocated as detailed in this Gazette remains available on request. Licences are valid until 30 June 1985. Written applications are to be forwarded to:
