SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

THE Crown to be responsible for maintenance and repair of the duct line and will restore and repair as near as practicable any damage arising from the operation thereof.

The easement hereby created is limited to the life of the present installations subject to the right of the Crown in the case of a breakdown of one of the cables to replace the cable through the spare pipe which is laid at the date of the agreement within the casement area.
