to be Crown Land in Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District,
Whangaroa County

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in the Taupo County
Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, declares the said road, when stopped,
to be the Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Rotorua District
Council on the 23rd day of May 1985.

of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of
the National Road Acts 1953, shall form part of the State Highway
No. 27 and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of May 1985.
