A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Victoria State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—INANGAHUA COUNTY
38.0203 hectares, more or less, being Sections 50, 51 and 54, Block VII, Reefton Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 4065, as shown on plan L. 30/6, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1985.

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY
930 hectares, more or less, being Run 646, situated in Blocks VIII and X, Mokoreta Survey District; as shown on plan F47/3. (S.O. Plan 8917).
1175 hectares, more or less, being Run 647, situated in Blocks V, VI, VIII and XI, Mokoreta Survey District; as shown on plan G46/7. (S.O. Plan 8918).
2917 square metres, more or less, being Section 5, Block XI, Mokoreta Survey District; as shown on plan G47/21. (S.O. Plan 8928).
5.558 hectares, more or less, being Section 24, Block VIII, Mokoreta Survey District; as shown on plan G47/21. (S.O. Plan 8928). All New Zealand Gazette, 1984, page 4791.
All the above plans deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of May 1985

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park by the Proclamation dated the 20th day of October 1975 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 1975 at page 2328, hereby ceases to be part of the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park, as from the date of publication hereof.

Defining Limits of the Halfmoon and Horseshoe Bays Pilotage District
DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General
Pursuant to section 21 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, David Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Halfmoon and Horseshoe Bays Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters within Halfmoon and Horseshoe Bays, Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 6893, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington, and more particularly defined as being:
All that area covered by the sea and by the tidal waters of the same contained within a right line drawn in a direction 020° from the eastern extremity of Bradshaw Peninsula to the south-eastern extremity of Passage Island; thence in a direction 336° to the north-eastern extremity of Fish Rock; thence in a direction 294° to the northern extremity of the peninsula known as West Head at the northern side of Port William; the area being shown delineated within red lines on the plan marked M.D. 6893.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 15th day of May 1985.
