PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and when stopped amalgamates with the land in certificate of title No. A2/576.
