NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the following orders namely:

The shares owned by the petitioner be transferred for valuable consideration to the company at a fair market value.

That the capital reserves retained by the company be apportioned fairly and equally among shareholders in relation to each shareholder’s shareholding.

The affairs of the company be investigated by an independent accountant and a report prepared and referred to all shareholders and/or their representatives.

That the winding up of the company be restrained until such time as the investigation has been completed and reported upon and the orders of this Honourable Court have been complied with.
-
That the petitioner’s costs of and incidental to this matter be paid for by the company;
and for such other orders as in the premises shall be just was on the 9th day of May 1985, presented to the High Court by PATRICK FRANCIS O’SULLIVAN of Te Kuiti, contractor, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 13th day of June 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
