Amending an Amended Declaration Stopping Road and Adding the Stopped Road to Land Held for State Primary School in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 7th day of November 1984 and published in the Gazette of 15 November 1984, No. 210 at page 4880, as amended by the declaration dated the 10th day of January 1985 and published in the Gazette of 17 January 1985, No. 6 at page 134, stopping road and adding the stopped road to land held for a State primary school in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981 by deleting the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.
