NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New
Zealand dated the 15th day of April 1985 confirming the reduction
of capital of the above-named company from $446,838 to $200,000
and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the
capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required
by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the District Registrar
of Companies at New Plymouth on the 24th day of April 1985. The
said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of THE CAMBRIAN ENGINEERING COMPANY
LIMITED is $200,000 divided into 200 000 fully paid ordinary
shares of $1 each, having been reduced from $446,838 divided
into 446 838 paid ordinary shares of $1 each."
