Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Blocks VIII and XII
Hapuakohe Survey District, Piako County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The
Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare that land described in the Schedule hereto
and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by
an order dated 16 May 1941, to be road, and to be vested in The
Piako County Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 4.5855 hectares, situated in Blocks
VIII and XII, Hapuakohe Survey District, being Hoeotainui North
6B2G5B2 Roadway, as shown coloured red on M.L. Plan 16726,
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 24th day of April 1985.

Authorising the Golden Bay County Council to Reclaim Land
From the Bed of Waitapu Inlet in Golden Bay

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of
April 1985

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. DAVID LANGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950 and subject
to sections 176 to 182 of the Act, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive

Council hereby authorises the Golden Bay County Council to reclaim
an area of 4300 square metres, more or less, from the bed of Waitapu
Inlet in Golden Bay, as shown on Plan M.D. 16322 (S.O. 13605),
deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Validating of Reclamation of Land at Mapua by The Nelson
Harbour Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of
April 1985

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. DAVID LANGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation by the
Nelson Harbour Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

All that reclaimed endowment land in Mapua, comprising 127
square metres, more or less, as shown edged orange on plan M.D.
16327, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wel-
lington, being land reclaimed in excess of an authorisation con-
ferred by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette
on the 15th day of October 1970 at page 1862.
