APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
In the matter of SOUTHERN COIN MACHINES LTD., and in the matter of a debenture given by Southern Coin Machines Ltd. in favour of Flextex Finance Ltd.:
WHEREAS Southern Coin Machines Ltd. (hereinafter called "the debtor company") created a debenture dated the 24th day of February 1984 in favour of Flextex Finance Ltd., which was registered at the office of the District Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of March 1984.
And whereas the debtor company has failed to pay the moneys secured by the said debenture.
And whereas the debtor company is therefore in default under the provisions of the said debenture.
Now therefore in pursuance of the powers conferred by the said debenture Flextex Finance Ltd., doth hereby appoint Mervyn Rowland Good and Christopher Edward Turland of Christchurch, chartered accountants to be receivers jointly and severally of the property charged by the said debenture with all and every the powers conferred upon a receiver under the provisions of the said debenture.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Major Fashion Group Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of April 1985 the Bank appointed Spencer William Bullen and Peter William Young, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company, Chartered Accountants, BNZ House, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of April 1984.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
