Clause 64.4.1 Empty Petrol Tank Wagons

Omit this clause and substitute:

“Empty petrol tank wagons shall be conveyed at no charge, except for private siding shunting charges.”

Clause 64.4.2 Plate glass

Omit this clause and substitute:

“Consignments loaded on wagons specially designed for the carriage of plate glass shall be subject to special quotations.”

Clause 64.4.3 Well wagons

Omit the charge of $3.60 per kilometre in the fourth line of this clause and substitute $4.00.

Omit the charge of $507.43 per wagon in the fifth line of this clause and substitute $550.00. Omit the charge of $507.43 per wagon in the eighth line of this clause and substitute $550.00.

LOADING BANKS USED FOR OTHER THAN RAILED GOODS

Clause 65.1.1 For use of Loading Bank

Omit the present clause and substitute:

“Merchandise . . . $8.50 per tonne minimum charge as for one tonne”
