    After the words “All consignments” in the first line of this clause omit the words “of up to 5000 kilograms or 15 cubic metres.”

38. LOADING, UNLOADING, TALLYING OR COVERING OF GOODS
    Clause 58.1 Loading and Unloading
    Omit the charge of $8.90 per tonne for each loading or unloading and substitute $9.60. Omit the minimum charge of $3.20 and substitute the words “as for one tonne”.

Omit the charge of $5.60 per tonne for the use of Corporation lifting appliances and substitute $6.00.

Omit the charge of $4.90 per tonne for the use of non-Corporation appliances for goods n.o.s. and substitute $5.50. Omit the charge of $1.40 per tonne for the use of non-Corporation appliances for coal and substitute $2.00.

Omit the charge of $11.35 per cubic metre for timber and substitute $12.00.

Omit the charge of $3.82 per cubic metre for logs and substitute $4.00.

Omit the charge of $2.71 per cubic metre for packaged timber and substitute $3.00.

Omit the charge of $1.48 per undumped or medium density bale of wool and substitute $1.50. Omit the charge of $2.96 per dense packed bale of wool and substitute $3.00.

Before the words “The Corporation” in the penultimate line of the clause insert an asterisk.

Clause 58.2 Tallying
Omit the charges of $3.60 per tonne for goods and $0.48 per bale of wool and substitute $4.00 and $0.50.
