Revoking a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1984, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the notice dated the 4th day of October 1984, published in the Gazette of 11 October 1984, No. 182, at page 4224, declaring road to be stopped in Block XIII, Tutamoe Survey District Hobson County, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land decribed in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Wallace County Council; and
