Declaring Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council on the 18th day of April 1985.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.
