In the notice with the above heading, which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette on 21 March 1985, No. 47, page 1252, Second Schedule line 3 where it states:
"Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura City to a point 380 metres..."
read:
"Clevedon Road: from the eastern boundary of Papakura City to a point 480 metres..."

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Ruahine State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—KIWITEA COUNTY
58.9390 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 52144, Block X, Ruahine Survey District.
1325 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 52144, Block X, Ruahine Survey District.
1950 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 52144, Block X, Ruahine Survey District.

All above as shown on plan U22/7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land situated in Block I, Takapau Survey District and described as follows:
