Land Acquired. Subject as to Parts to a Fencing Covenant, for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Mount Albert

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the land first and secondly described to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 41215, for Maori housing purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of April 1985.

Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block IX, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of April 1985.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, further declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for electric works (transformer station) and shall vest in The King Country Electric Power Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) on the 11th day of April 1985.
