of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated
the 4th day of December 1984 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette of 13 December 1984, No. 232, at page 5668, acquiring land
for road by omitting the following from the Schedule:

“2996 Part Section 60, Waima South District; marked “D”
on plan.”

and substituting the following:

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road

District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
