NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Railways hereby revokes the notice dated the 7th day of July 1952 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 46 of 10 July 1952 at page 1175, defining the middle lines of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway and registered in the North Auckland Registry at Auckland as Proclamation No. 13576.

Defining the Middle Lines of the Southdown-Avondale Railway in Blocks I, V and VI, Otahuhu Survey District and Blocks III and IV, Titirangi Survey District

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the middle lines of the Southdown-Avondale Railway shall be those delineated on the plans specified in the Schedule hereto, and the land affected shall be that set forth in the Schedule hereto and situated within the varying distances either side of the middle lines as delineated by the bold broken lines on the plans aforementioned.
