Land Acquired for Limited Access Road in the County of Taranaki

PURSUANT to section 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for a limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of January 1985.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1240 square metres, situated in Block III, Paritutu Survey District, being part Mahoetahi No. 1A2 Block, as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 12156, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth.

Land Acquired in Connection with a Road in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to and together with the party wall rights created by transfer 90641 and together with the drainage rights created by transfer 90397 and in respect of the land firstly described subject to drainage rights created by transfer 90641 and in respect of the land described secondly described together with drainage rights created by transfer 90641 in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of January 1985.

Land Acquired for Railway Purposes in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto together with the air space above the said surface and the subsoil down to a plane 15.24 metres below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 17th day of January 1985.
