(a) CER Ex-NAFTA 3:7 Expired Industry-to-Industry Arrangement Licences issued for item codes Ex 62.005 and Ex 94.020 (Issued as licence type 10)

In the New Zealand Gazette of 2 June 1983, No. 76, page 1739, details were published, as set out below, of access levels available under NAFTA Article 3:7 for the calendar year 1982, which, in terms of the ANZCER Trade Agreement, had to be maintained:

Ex I.C. 62.005—Toilet and kitchen linen (other than plain)—40 000 square metres
Ex I.C. 94.020—Synthetic fill sleeping bags—18 000 units

Licences under this provision have been issued as follows:

(i) For the 1983–84 import licensing year (i.e., ending 30 June 1984)

Ex 62.005 Bolton Textiles Ltd., Auckland 3 000 square metres
Ex 94.020 Trendmaster Outdoor Products Ltd., Auckland 4 000 units

(ii) For the 1984 calendar year (i.e., ending 31 December 1984)

Ex 62.005 J. G. Seton and Co. Ltd., Hastings 3 000 square metres

(iii) For the 1984–85 import licensing year (i.e., ending 30 June 1985)

Ex 94.020 Trendmaster Outdoor Products Ltd., Auckland 10 000 units
Ex 62.005 Bolton Textiles Ltd., Auckland 3 000 square metres
J. G. Seton & Co. Ltd., Hastings 3 000 square metres

(b) CER Ex-NAFTA 3:7 Expired Industry-to-Industry Arrangement Licences issued for Adults’ Footwear in item code 64.005.

The following licences were issued for the calendar year 1984 and have been reissued for the calendar year 1985. The amounts comprise the companies’ Ex-NAFTA Footwear Allocation and a small ANZCERT Exclusive Australian Licence allocation for the period 1/1/83 to 30/6/83, access, which, under ANZCERT New Zealand is obliged to maintain:
