III CER Ex-NAFTA 3:7 (Current) Interfirm Arrangement Licences

Under Article 20—Transitional Arrangements relating to Earlier Agreements of the ANZCER Trade Agreement, provision was made for the renewal of NAFTA 3:7 trade arrangements between individual firms that were in effect at the date the Agreement became effective, if the arrangements remained acceptable to both Australia and New Zealand under the normal criteria applying to such arrangements.

Licences for arrangements renewed as provided for in this manner were issued for the 1983–84 import licensing year as set out below. The licences were issued for specific goods under the item codes concerned and were endorsed for specific Australian suppliers. Licence issues for the 1984–85 import licensing year are not yet complete and will be published in due course.
