Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the County of Rangitikei

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rangitikei County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. A2/147, subject to memorandum of mortgage 445620.2.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 267, folio 178, subject to memorandum of mortgage 780981.

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Rangitikei County Council.
