PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The
Auckland City Council on the 21st day of March 1985.

of Works and Development—

in the Second Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject
to the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in the
County of Pohangina

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest
in the Pohangina County Council on the 21st day of March
1985.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the
Pohangina County Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road
described in the Third and Fourth Schedules hereto to be
stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be
    amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
    No. 23B/699, subject to memoranda of mortgages 743950,
    743951, 068856.1, and 224428.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be
     amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
     No. 12D/1133, subject to memoranda of mortgages
     490566.2, 947154, 171105.1 and 064581.2.

(d) Declares that the land described in the Fifth and Sixth
Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public
Works Act 1981 and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be
    amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
    No. 23B/699, subject to memoranda of mortgages 743950,
    743951, 068856.1, and 224428.1.

(ii) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be
     amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
     No. 12D/1133, subject to memoranda of mortgages
     490566.2, 947154, 171105.1 and 064581.2.
