Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (site for a holiday camp) reserve, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Queenstown Christian Camp.

Classification of Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Mid-Southland Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mid-Southland Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation as a reserve for rabbit board buildings over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ashburton County Council, Classification of a Reserve, and Vesting in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Ashburton County Council of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and classifies the said reserve as a local purpose (site for a fire station) reserve, and further, vests the said reserve in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, in trust, for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for county buildings and amenities for the Town of Rakaia, such land to become Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waitara Borough Council on the 13th day of February 1985:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitara Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.
