COASTAL - NORTH OTAGO UNITED COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 6 of the Urban Transport Act 1980, notice is hereby given that an Urban Transport Area has been determined for the Coastal-North Otago Region all objections having been dealt with and the time for appeals having expired.

The area is described as comprising the districts of the Boroughs of Port Chalmers, St Kilda, Green Island and Mosgiel, the City of Dunedin, and that part of the County of Silverpeaks lying within the Dunedin Urban Area as defined by the Department of Statistics.

Dated at Dunedin this 1st day of March 1985.

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD

SPECIAL AREA—ALTERATION OF BOUNDARY

In the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, and in the matter of the special area known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area as defined by resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of April 1923 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, dated the 26th day of April 1923 and as from time to time altered under the provisions of section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act 1922, and section 60, Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951 by resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board and published in the New Zealand Gazette:

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 27th day of February 1985, resolved that the boundary of the said special area hereinafter described and defined be further altered so as to include in the special area all those areas briefly described in the Schedules hereto and further resolved that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the subdivision ‘B’ of the said special area and that the boundaries of said subdivision ‘B’ be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

THAT the Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, doth hereby resolve by special resolution to borrow the sum of forty-five million dollars ($45,000,000) as a special loan to be known as Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 86, 1984, $45,000,000, for the purpose of the continued development of the bulk water supply system based on the Waitakere and Hunua sources.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 17 December 1984, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 18 January 1985, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on the 26 January 1985 and 8 February 1985.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:
