In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of ETON PRESS (ChCh) LTD:

An order winding up Eton Press (ChCh) Ltd. was made by the High Court at Christchurch on 13 June 1984. On 27 June 1984, the High Court made an order staying the winding up.

Under the order to wind up the official assignee at Christchurch was appointed provisional liquidator.

Notice is now given that a statement of account and balance sheet of the said Eton Press (ChCh) Ltd., together with a report of the audit office thereon in respect of the administration of the official assignee, has been filed in the High Court at Christchurch and hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the Court to be held on Wednesday, the 27th day of March 1985, the official assignee intends to apply for an order releasing him from his administration of the company’s affairs during the period 13 June 1984 to 27 June 1984.

I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the Court to be held on Wednesday, the 27th day of March 1985, I intend to apply for orders releasing him from administration of the said liquidations and for orders of dissolution of the said companies and for orders that the company records be destroyed forthwith:

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Mansion Taverns Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of February 1985, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chaffey, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ground Floor, General Buildings, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 10th day of May 1984.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
