At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day of February 1985

Present:

THE HON. G. W. R. PALMER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Otago Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 790 square metres, more or less, of harbour board endowment land being part of the bed and foreshore of Otago Harbour, as shown on M.D. 16310 (S.O. 21194), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Amending the Manukau City Council Foreshore, Seabed and Waters Control Order 1984

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day of February 1985

Present:

THE HON. G. W. R. PALMER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby amends the Schedule to the Manukau City Council Foreshore, Seabed and Waters Control Order 1984* by inserting, after the words "thence on a bearing 310° True for a distance of 645 m.", the words "thence on a bearing 298°30' True for a distance of 322 m.".

Appointment of Temporary Judge Made Permanent

Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint;

The Honourable John Steele Henry to be a Judge of the High Court.
