NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of ORMONDS HOLDINGS LTD.:
NOTICE is given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Ormonds Holdings Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does fix the 18th day of March 1985, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 346 (1))
A.N.Z. BANKING GROUP (NEW ZEALAND) LTD. with reference to Sovereign Gold Mines Ltd. (in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of February 1985, it appointed Oliver William Pitcairn, chartered accountant, of Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of June 1983 to act jointly and severally as receiver and manager with Wynton Gill Cox, chartered accountant of Christchurch, who was appointed receiver and manager of the company on the 29th day of June 1984.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the companyβs undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
The receivers offices are care of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, 76 Hereford Street (P.O. Box 248), Christchurch.

LORNA FRANCES ROCKELL of Christchurch, company director, being the holder of a debenture dated the 16th day of September 1983 and modified by a deed of modification of debenture dated the 9th day of December 1984, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of February 1985 she appointed Mervyn Rowland Good and Christopher Edward Turland, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, to be receivers and managers of the property charged by the debenture. The address of the receivers is the offices of Messrs Arthur Young, Chartered Accountants, BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch and the appointment is in respect of all the undertaking and property of the company.

In order to simplify the corporate structure of Lees Industries Group of Companies, it has been decided to voluntarily liquidate certain non-operating subsidiary companies, the activities of which are now carried out by the parent company, Lees Industries Limited. Therefore, take notice that by special resolution pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved that LEES INDUSTRIES SOUTH ISLAND LTD., be wound up voluntarily and that Brian William Gordon Benfell of Papakura be appointed for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
