Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Opotiki County Council

Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
recreation reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977,
vests the said reserve in the Opotiki County Council in trust for

Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be a Private Scenic
Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and
Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby revokes
the declaration, dated 10 March 1966 and published in the New
Zealand Gazette of 17 March 1966, No. 15, page 374, by which the
land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be a private
scenic reserve.
