THE full, free and uninterrupted right and liberty and licence for the Whakatane District Council as grantee (in common with the Rangitaiki Drainage Board, its tenants and any other persons lawfully entitled so to do) from time to time at all times to go pass and repass with or without machinery, vehicle and implements of any kind over and along the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto.
