NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court dated the
5th day of December 1984 confirming the action of the above-named
company, resolved in the special resolution passed by the company
on the 16th day of October 1984, whereby the company reduced
its share capital from $387,000 to the sum of $1,000 and the minute
approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the
company as altered, the several particulars required by the above
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on
the 23rd day of January 1985. The said minute is in the following
form:
"The capital of N.Z. Products Limited is $1,000 divided into 500
fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each, having been reduced
from $387,000 divided into 193 000 fully paid ordinary shares
of $2 each".
