(iii) Licensee has the right to cancel the ordinary timetable on the occasion of special functions such as race meetings, Blossom Festival, A & P Shows etc., and substitute a timetable according to need, such substitution to be advertised, and by adding the right to run to Hastings via Taradale as required.

(iv) The Licensee has the right to deviate into Mohaka township as required.

(v) To permit the Licensee to carry freight on the service replacing the railcar.

Pursuant to sections 119, 120, 121 and 135 of the Transport Act 1962, the No. 5B Transport Licensing Authority (I. P.
