Land Acquired for Road in Block VI, Puketapu Survey District,
Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares the road described in
the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th
day of February 1985.
