NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Plumbing World Ltd. will be held at the registered office of the company 113–115 The Square, Palmerston North on Friday, the 24th day of January 1986 at 10 a.m.
Special Business:
- Memorandum of association—To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following as a special resolution:
That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by deleting clauses 3, 4 and 5 thereof which set forth the objects and powers of the company and the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including the powers referred to in section 15(1)(a)—(h) of the Companies Act 1955.
