The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect
on 20 November, 23 November, and 27 November 1985
respectively. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements
are available for inspection without charge by any member of the
public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National
Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional
offices.

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 1) 1986

PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller
of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the
Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the
following notice.

NOTICE

1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited
as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 1) 1986.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January
1986.

2. Exchange rates—Where under any provisions of the Customs
Act 1966 any amount which is required to be taken into account
for the purpose of assessing duty or any other purpose is not an
amount in New Zealand currency, the amount to be so taken into
account shall be the equivalent in New Zealand currency of that
amount ascertained in accordance with the rate of exchange set out
in the Schedule to this notice.

3. Revocation—The Customs Exchange Rate Notice (No. 12),
published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 220, dated 28 Novem-
ber 1985, on page 5394 is hereby revoked.

Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land—Auckland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, the Land Officer,
New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from
the Minister of Forests, hereby sets apart as State forest land, with
effect from the date of publication hereof, the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
