NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of HAMMOND MECHANICAL LTD. (in liquidation):

Take notice that pursuant to section 280 of the Companies Act 1955, that the annual meeting of creditors and contributories of the above-named company will be held at the Committee Room, Hamilton Commercial Travellers Club Inc., 197 Collingwood Street, Hamilton, on Wednesday the 18th day of December 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of laying before it an account of the liquidators acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the 12 months following the commencement of the winding up.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidator at the offices of G. D. Thomas, Chartered Accountant, 170 Collingwood Street, Hamilton not later than 5 p.m. on the 17th day of December 1985.
