NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of City Haulage Ltd. will be held at the registered office of the company, Haulage House, Clemow Drive, Mount Wellington, on the 16th day of January 1986 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, of passing as a special resolution the following:

(1) That the provisions of the memorandum of association with respect to the objects of the company be amended by deleting the objects set forth in clause 3, subclauses (a) to (v) inclusive.

(2) That the company shall henceforth have the rights powers and privileges of a natural person including the powers referred to in subsection (1) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955.
