NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 13 (2) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the Inaha Rural Water Supply Area taken on 29th day of November 1985 on the proposal by the above-named authority to raise a loan of $1,450,000 to be known as the Inaha Rural Water Supply Loan 1985 for the purpose of financing the council's share of the necessary headworks, treatment works, reservoirs and reticulation to supply treated water to the area constituted as the Inaha Rural Water Supply Area and including all engineering, design, supervision, administration, legal and water right fees relating thereto, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 88.
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 45.
The number of informal votes was 2.

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
