Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

EQUITICORP HOLDINGS LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice with reference to GAINSBOROUGH HOLDINGS LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Te Puke on the 14th day of November 1985, it appointed Ian Norman Boniface of Tauranga, chartered accountant, whose office is at 89 Grange Road, Tauranga, as receiver of the property of the said Gainsborough Holdings Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 12th day of June 1984. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the undertaking and all the property and assets of the said Gainsborough Holdings Ltd. both present and future including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital and the goodwill of its business.
