Amendment Act (No. 2) 1976), His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, acting on the recommendation of the Minister
of Labour, has been pleased to appoint:

to be a conciliator of the Industrial Conciliation Service in a
temporary capacity for the period commencing on the 18th day of
November 1985 and ending with the 29th day of November 1985.

PURSUANT to the Industrial Design Act 1966, His Excellency the
Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

Jan Hart, core supervisor of Christchurch;
Michael Hugh Smythe, managing director of Auckland

to be members of the New Zealand Industrial Design Council for
a term of 2 years commencing on the 2nd day of December 1985
and expiring on the 1st day of December 1987.

PURSUANT to the Industrial Design Act 1966, His Excellency the
Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint:

Roger Lindsay MacDonnell, company director of Wellington;
Stuart Ralston Young, executive chairman of Wellington

to be members of the New Zealand Industrial Design Council for
a term of 2 years commencing on the second day of December 1985
and expiring on the first day of December 1987.

Resignation as Justice of the Peace

It is noted for information that Mr Edward Andrew Thomas Graves

Approval of Persons Authorised to Perform Vaccination Against
Tuberculosis

PURSUANT to regulation 6 (4) of the Tuberculosis Regulations 1951,
the Director-General of Health hereby gives notice that the following
persons, additional to those contained in the Gazette, dated 27 June
1985, No. 122, page 2706, have been approved as qualified to
perform vaccinations against tuberculosis in accordance with those
regulations.
