Instrument of Prescription
PURSUANT to regulation 85 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and section 6 (1) of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, I, Timothy John Sanger, Deputy Secretary for Transport prescribe the warrant of fitness form shown in the Schedule.
This form of warrant of fitness may be used for 12-month and 6-month warrants of fitness issued under regulation 84 of the Traffic Regulations 1976 as amended by S.R. 1985/289 from 1 December 1985.
The form of Warrant of Fitness prescribed by the Secretary for Transport on 6 June 1984 shall only be used for 6-months warrants of fitness.
