A Water Supply Easement Acquired Over Land for Hospital Purposes in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into the water supply easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for hospital purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and further declares that the said easement shall vest in The Waikato Hospital Board on the 21st day of November 1985.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the Bruce County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Bruce County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The areas firstly and eleventhly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 166, folio 64.
(ii) The area secondly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 252, folio 51.
(iii) The areas thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 252, folio 50.
(iv) The area sixthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 276, folio 159.
(v) The area seventhly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 389, folio 21.
(vi) The area eighthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1C/802.
(vii) The areas of land ninthly and tenthly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 166, folio 64 and No. 1C/802.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that the area described in the Schedule shall be vested in The Bruce County Council.
