CUSTOMS EXCHANGE RATES NOTICE (NO. 11) 1985
AMENDMENT NO. 1

PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

Short Title and commencement — (1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 11) 1985, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 11) 1985* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 18th day of November 1985.
Exchange rates — The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the expression Australia . . . .82 Dollar and substituting the following expression Australia . . . .87 Dollar.
