Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a)

GENERAL BILLS LTD., a company having its registered office at
Wellington, hereby gives notice that on 8 November 1985 it
appointed Thomas Hugh Lloyd Davies and David Hendy Kay to
be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets
of BULLEN PROPERTIES LTD. (“the company”) under the
provisions of a debenture dated 16 September 1985 granted in its
favour by the company.
