EXPLANATORY NOTE: This notice provides for the exemption of:
(a) soya bean flour and meal;
(b) lime juice;
(c) passionfruit juice (other than unsweetened in bulk);
(d) beer;
(e) bicycle tyres; and
(f) tapes other than video or sound recording tape.

Refusal of Application for Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice (No. 3622 Ag. P.V. 3/15)
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Plant Varieties has refused an application for Plant Selectors’ Rights as specified in the Schedule to this notice on the grounds that the variety is not distinguishable from ‘Splendour’.
