Decision No. 147

By this decision dated 7 November 1985 the commission
consented to the merger or takeover proposal whereby Dominion
Breweries Ltd. might acquire up to 100 percent of the issued share
capital of Townhouse (New Zealand) Ltd.

The full text of these decisions is available for inspection at the
commission's offices, Sixth Floor, 163 The Terrace, Wellington (P.O.
Box 10-273). Copies may be purchased on application to the
commission at the above address.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration
agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and
the proprietor of the following school:

St Bernadette's School, Naenae.

The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect
on 21 October 1985. Copies of the supplementary integration
agreement are available for inspection without charge by any
member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office,
National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at
regional offices.

Kiwifruit Exporters Licence

PURSUANT to regulation 23 of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing
Regulations 1977 (Amendment No. 3), the New Zealand Kiwifruit
Authority granted eligibility to tender to:

Kiwi Harvest Ltd., Ascot Road, Mangere, Auckland.

and to:

Wilson Neill Ltd., Norwich Union Building, corner Bond and
Rattray Streets, Dunedin.

The authority having received and opened tenders from these
companies notifies that Kiwi Harvest Ltd. was the successful tenderer
with the sum of $685,000 and that Wilson Neill Ltd. was unsuccessful
in tendering the sum of $535,000.

PURSUANT to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller
of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the
Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the
following notice.

NOTICE

1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited
as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 11) 1985, Amendment
No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 11) 1985* (hereinafter referred
to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 18th day of Novem-
ber 1985.

2. Exchange rates—The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby
amended by revoking the expression:

and substituting the following expression:
