Amending a Notice Declaring Land Reserved for Railway Purposes at Mount Eden Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes

PURSUANT to section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of October 1984 and published in the Gazette, 8 November 1984, No. 204, page 4795 and registered as Doc.B.357436.2 in the North Auckland Registry at Auckland by deleting therefrom the description of the land described in the Schedule hereto and substituting the following description.

"Allotment 104, Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland, being all the land firstly comprised and incorrectly described as Lot 104, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland in Gazette, 1886, p. 1092, G.N.B. 357436.1."
