Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in The City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road firstly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Ernest Harold Baker of Greenhithe, storeman and when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1030, folio 74, North Auckland Land Registry, and declares the stopped road secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in the said Ernest Harold Baker and Eleanor Ruth Baker, his wife, and when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 746, folio 206, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired in connection with road, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby required for refuse disposal works and shall vest in The Lower Hutt City Council on the 14th day of November 1985.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Limited Access Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Limited Access Road in Blocks II and III, Hamilton Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 1st day of August 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 August 1985, No. 160, at page 3735, declaring land acquired for a limited access road and for the functioning indirectly of a limited access road in Blocks II and III, Hamilton Survey District, Waikato County, by omitting from the Second Schedule thereto the words “containing 1220 square metres” and substituting the words “containing 1343 square metres”.
