Global Import Licence Tenders, Round 30

The notice under the above heading published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 25 October 1985, No. 198, is amended as follows:

  1. Tender No. 4377 includes Tariff Item Ex 85.20.011.01E Neon tubes and other neon indicating bulbs. The tariff item is part of the 716 units tendered for incandescent filaments etc. and fluorescent tubes etc. in tender No. 4377.

  2. Tender No. 4378 is for:

Ex 85.075 85.23.001 Co-axial wire and cable 104 units.

  1. Tender No. 4379 is for:

Ex 85.075 85.23.019.11D Wire and cable, mineral insulated etc.
85.23.039.11E Power cables
85.23.039.19L Other kinds of insulated electric wire and cable

3749 units

  1. The entries for Tariff Items appearing with the following tender numbers should be marked with an asterisk to show that this is the first time the goods have been tendered in the general tenders round:

4002, 4021, 4028, 4029, 4304, 4310, 4370, 4371, 4372, 4413, 4486, 4487, 4488 and 4489.

  1. Asterisks should be deleted from the Tariff Items in the following tender numbers:

3920, 4170, 4280,

Bids already made may be withdrawn and substitute bids may be made up until 10 a.m. on 26 November 1985.

Philip Keith McCliskie of Richmond, Nelson as a Director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 3 years from the 1st day of December 1985.
