Notice is hereby given that a petition for orders:
(1) That a resolution purporting to increase the share capital be declared invalid and the company rectify the company’s register at the companies office by noting that the share capital remains at $100 divided into 100 shares of $1 each.
(2) That if the resolution is not invalid and the increase in share capital is affirmed then the registration of the entire increase in share capital in the name of David Edward Coxhead be held invalid and the company ordered to offer the increased capital in accordance with Article 45 of the company’s articles of association.
(3) That Graham Charles Edgar of Auckland, chartered accountant be appointed to investigate the affairs of the company under the provisions of section 169 of the Companies Act 1955.
